Seasonal Meals Using Local Ingredients
We serve delicious meals luxuriously using local ingredients, such as wild vegetables picked in neighboring mountains, in accordance with the season. Shinshu salmon, which has a distinguishing texture, and tender Shinshu pork are among our specialties.
Special Order Cuisine
We can serve special cuisine to order, for example, wagyu beef steak using Shinshu Tateshina beef, a specialty of the area, and a delicious carp dish.
